FDOT Historic Train Station

Renovation and preservation of a historic transit station, resulting in improved commuter traffic flow, a more aesthetically pleasing commuter experience, ADA-compliance and an exterior that can withstand South Florida’s tropical weather conditions while preserving the station’s historic identity.

Town of Bay Harbor Islands 98th Street Park

Enhanced recreational facilities were made available to the community through conversion of an open field into 98th Street Park, new construction of recreational amenities and the creation of a smaller, open field for the enjoyment of residents and pets.

Miami-Dade Animal Services Pet Adoption & Protection Center

This award-winning project entailed construction work on approximately 70,000 square feet which included an existing building, extensive renovation and structural retrofitting. The new facility offers a comfortable environment for homeless pets, those who care for them, and the people looking to adopt a dog or cat.

Lehman Causeway Park Wall

Construction of aesthetically detailed wall under the William Lehman Causeway, creating a park alongside and existing parking garage.

FDOT Maintenance Facility

Renovations and modifications of two administrative office buildings, as well new construction of a storage facility, to comprise an expanded facility with improved resources for the Florida Department of Transportation.

Arlen House Wall

Completed aesthetic enhancements for residential condominium, including installation of a new paver sidewalk, landscaping, installation of new lighting elements and an 8-foot concrete wall for increased privacy and an improved resident lifestyle experience.

Town of Surfside Streetscape

Town of Surfside  95th street and Collins Ave. streetscape and park, including drainage, paving, art installation,  as well as adjacent park and beach rehabilitation.

Renovations to existing New River  Campground Park , with new site modifications,  Demolition of Existing bathhouse and buildings, construction of two new self-standing bathhouses complete with Laundry, showers and  Handicap Facilities,  also included are new electrical and Water hookups for each RV site.
